Heng Long Teochew Porridge 2.0!

Went back to Heng Long again the other day, and the food was off standard.

UGH.

Wanted to order the same food, but Daryl wanted me to mix it up. SO I anyhow ordered and the Cai Xin was VERY SALTY. I could feel my tongue shrivel.

The Braised Pig Tail (猪尾) was incredibly salty. The sweet and sour pork was too hard and over cooked, leaving the Tofu and steamed egg to save my taste buds.

I'm sticking to my traditional orders next time.
